Cooper's Adventure no.2

(BTW- all of my stories about Coops are true stories and this one is no different.) We joke that every time Cooper falls on the floor and bangs his head- which is a lot- he loses another brain cell. But today he proved us wrong about his lack of intelligence- I guess his last brain cell was a clever one! It was six am and I skipped along in the long dewy grass with Cooper by my side, bouncing through the fields. Rays of sun peeped through the gaps in the trees. Cooper sniffed the air and suddenly bolted off into the forest.  But as suddenly as he charged off, he reappeared by our sides and sat bolt upright in front of us, refusing to move. He barked and stared towards the meadow.  "If it's a rabbit, we're not interested Coops," my mum sighed, a yawn escaping from her.  I peeped around the bend to the meadow and a horse stood in front of me!  Looking into it's soulful eyes was like staring into midnight, like stars dancing.
