Hudson - part 2

The next thing I knew, I was groggily opening my eyes and a yawn escaped from my throat. It took a while for my eyes to adjust to the light beaming through the gap of the suit case and at first I wondered where on earth I was.

I was hiding in a suit case. That's where I was, I remembered now. 

I peeped out of the gap to find a sea of other suitcases and bags, all vibrating and dancing around together like they had minds of their own. My ears felt like popping candy and my paws shook beneath me but I decided that I may as well have an explore and put my curiosity at ease. 

So I clambered out of the gap and dodged dancing luggage, pirouetting between back-packs and squeezing through spaces that a field mouse would find ambitious, but nothing worth exploring. The only interesting thing about this strange, vibrating pit, was a pair of underpants dangling from my mouth- I had discovered them in one of the suit cases and was extremely proud of my discovery.    

Later on, as I was finally beginning to settle down, a sort of trap door swung open from above me making me jump. A lady with a funny scarf tied neatly around her neck, marched in, and bashed her head on the low ceiling. 

"Well, What have we here?" she exclaimed after quickly recovering from the head bump. She lifted me up into her arms and I happily snuggled into her. 

Soon, I was returned to my human Mummy and Daddy and they were overjoyed to see me, it looked as though a wave of relief had washed over them as the nice stewardess escorted me back to them.  

We walked down the steps of the gigantic plane and I was hit by a blast of hot air, looking across at the golden sandy beaches and the clear, sapphire blue ocean, I knew that this was just the beginning of my adventures in Dubai...🐾🌞
