The wonders of Autumn
I love the way you can get all snuggled up in your cosy coat and woolly hat and scarf and setting off on an early morning dog walk.
I love the feeling of the crisp, fresh air on my face and the cold breeze whipping past.
The way the golden rays of sun peep through the gaps in the trees high above.
I love the feeling of my boots crunching through piles of autumnal leaves, a kaleidoscope of crimson red and a warm amber. I love collecting the auburn-brown conkers which are blanketing the ground beneath a canopy of Oak trees. (And mostly trying to prize them out of Cooper's mouth!)
It is that time of year when an indigo, evening light soaks through the sky, the moon begins to illuminate the night and you can see glowing pumpkins sitting outside peoples'
doors.
I love the welcoming smell of candles burning inside.
Just the feeling of knowing that Autumn is on its way!
(I also would like to mention that today is my blog's birthday- I've been blogging for a whole year!)🎂
